We are currently contracted with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare and Healthnet PPO insurance plans. This includes Blue Shield and Healthnet PPO Covered California Plans. We also accept Blue Shield EPO and United Healthcare EPO and POS.  With Blue Shield, we accept the Calpers Platinum plan but not the Calpers Gold plan nor the Tandem PPO plan.   We are not contracted with any HMO plans nor any Medi-Cal plans.  We know that the world of health insurnace is very confusing.  For new patients and if you are switching insurance plans, we always recommend that you contact your insurance carrier first to make sure we are in network with your specific subplan before making an appointment or switching insurance plans.  Please call us if you have further questions specific to your insurance company and plan.
